1a. Why should I buy wet wipes?
Individually pack wet wipes are a must when it comes to personal hygiene, special then access to water is limited.
1b. Can wet wipes be a promotional or advertising medium?No one can say no to a useful give away product such a wet wipe. by fully customising the whole design of the wet wipe you can pass your massage to those you want to pass it.
1c. Can I print any colour design I choose? Even if not in a design template.
All printouts are made with a CYMK + W digital press so your options are limitless. We can even print live and vivid photos.
2. Production & Lead times
2a. What is the lead time for producing my custom wet wipes?
After final design confirmation your custom wet wipes will be ready for shipment in approximately 5 to 9 working days.
2b. Are there any aromas to choose from?
In most of our wet wipes are various options to choose from. One of the options are the deferent aromas options. More info regarding the aromas for each product you will find in the option description tab any product.
2c. What is the minimum order?
The minimum order for customised wet wipes is 1 box which contains 1000 individually packed wet wipes. Thou ordering more drastically reduces your average delivery cost.
2d. I want biodegradable wet wipes. Is there an option for?
In most of our wet wipes you can find the option of bio cotton non woven. Bio Cotton non woven is made from natural fibres.
2e. Are the wet wipes dermatological tested?
Yes, all of our formulas have been tested.
2f. Have the wet wipes being tested on animals?
Our company is against animal testing.
2g. What is the shelf life of individually packed wet wipes?
Their shelf life is 12 months.
3. Sales and Delivery
3a. Can I personally come and pick my order?
Yes all of our customers are welcome to come to our offices in Limassol Cyprus and in Greece, Athens, Santorini and Chania. Just let us know that you would like to come any pick up your order and we will inform you when your order will be ready for pick up.
3b. How much does it cost to design the wet wipe?
Designing the wet wipe design is absolutely free. Our in-house design department is always there to help for free.
3c. Do I have to pay any pre-press costs for cliche or other hidden costs before printing my own design?
No its absolutely free. we have eliminated the pre-press costs since all printing is done on a digital press.
3d. How do you ship the wet wipes and how long does it take to get them?
For Cyprus and Greece we ship with local currier service. Usually takes 2 days, for the rest of Europe we ship with UPS. Usually takes 3 to 5 days.
3e. Do shipments have tracking numbers?
Yes all shipments have tracking numbers. you will get an email from us as long as the order is shipped.
3f. Do you deliver everywhere in EU?
Yes we deliver to all EU member states.
3g. how can I place an order if the delivery address is not in an EU member state?
Unfortunately we can't process orders from our site which come outside the EU. If you want to place an order with us you just have to email us your design and order quantity we will send you an offer and transport costs.
3h. Is it possible to get a free delivery in EU?
Yes. Free shipping is applied to all orders higher than €500 euro (excluding vat) for Cyprus and Greece and €1000 euro (excluding vat) for the rest of EU.
3i I am a company based in EU how to get an invoice without VAT?
You just have to add your company VAT number and our site while checking out or when you create a customer account and we will deduct the VAT. Please note that Cypriot companies can't get an invoice without VAT. (more info regarding the VAT country codes)
3k Do you sell whole sale to distributor and resellers?
Yes we do. Since we are the manufacturers we will even customise the foils to your liking and add your details too. Just email us on info@htlware.com
